Privacy
NeighborRank stores what you type into a form. A free check uses public info about the business. We do not ask for your client list.
What the form stores
- Your email
- If you run an agency or own the business
- Which page the form was on
- The business name, city, trade, and website, on a check request
- The plan name, if you join the waitlist
- The time you sent the form
Where it goes
We save the form in a private list so we can reply. The same email is kept once for each kind of form. If that list is not connected, we write the form to the server log instead. We do not sell the list. We do not call the business you name. A check request is not a public page.
Questions go to ronnie@neighborrank.co.
